Help Needed for an NIH-Funded Research Project

The Challenge
Many people living with hypertension or type 2 diabetes struggle to manage their health outside the clinic.
Common challenges include:
- Taking medications consistently
- Monitoring blood pressure or blood sugar
- Maintaining healthy lifestyle habits
- Staying motivated and confident in self-management
These challenges can contribute to poorer outcomes, avoidable hospitalizations, and higher healthcare costs.
About the Project
Pilltrax is developing tools to help people better manage chronic conditions such as hypertension and type 2 diabetes.
Our goal is to support healthier daily routines, improve confidence in self-management, and encourage behaviors that can lead to better long-term health outcomes.
This work builds on a successful NIH SBIR Phase I project and is being developed in collaboration with researchers from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
